Each year, Bethpage awards 10 scholarships for $1,000 each to graduating high school seniors who will be attending an accredited two-year or four-year college or university the following fall, and who exemplify a well-rounded high school career. Applicants chosen needed to prepare a cover letter describing what they hoped to achieve while in college, submit an essay addressing a turning point or most important moment in their lives to date, and illustrate their community involvement and/or work or internship experience. Applicants also needed to have a minimum overall grade point average of 85 percent (3.0 GPA). The Bethpage Foundation Scholarship is open to all seniors that are affiliated with Bethpage, either as members themselves or through an immediate family member.
