In reflecting on these heartbreaking events, Bellmore-Merrick CHSD administrators reviewed and updated each school building’s safety and security plans and are working with all staff in this regard. The district remains committed to educating all of our students in a secure and safe environment.
School psychologists and counselors will continue to be available to speak with any students to offer support during this difficult time.
