KC Wines & Liquors Cited for Selling Alcohol to Minor

KC Wines & Liquors in Bellmore was one of seven businesses that were busted for selling alcohol to minors, police said.

Dinesh Agawal was arrested and charged with prohibited sale of alcohol to someone under the age of 21 and was issued an appearance ticket.

Also arrested in the Project 21 initiative were:

  • Oshay Tullcoh of Hess Market Inc. in Merrick
  • Yili Xu of Gian Wine & Liquor in Merrick
  • Sujung Lee of Cherrywood Wines Inc. in Wantagh
  • Fred Kern of Wine Depot of NY Inc. in Seaford
  • Shivran Luthra of Multistar Wines & Liquors in Massapequa
  • Thomas Craca of DMG Liquors Inc. in Massapequa
They're due to appear back in court on Dec. 11.
