TEENAGE ROAD RAGE

I recently had to deal with a neighbor's kid and their road rage.  It was ugly.  I was in my car with my 18 year old driving and I was in the front passenger seat.  My other daughter and her family were in the back seat.  My daughter came to the corner where there was a stop sign, she stopped and looked both ways before turning right onto our block.  This ANIMAL was racing down the street and nearly hit us in the rear.  He then proceeded to get out of his car and scream at us using every dirty word in the book.  My poor grandchildren did not need to hear his foul language nor see his aggressive animalistic behavior.  Worst of all the mother tried to find an excuse for why her son was acting like an animal.  Even when she saw his behavior in front of her face...; she did not take away his car keys. PARENTS STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR YOUR CHILDREN. BE HONEST WHEN THEY NEED HELP.  I did not call the police but know that I should have .
