Dog walkers

There must be a lot of new dog owners or new people in town moving in with dogs. Everyone used to be so considerate and pick up after their animals. Not so anymore. Every morning, I see evidence in front of my house and also when walking my own dogs. Also there are a certain few who walk their dogs off leash. This is very dangerous for the dog and others who are walking their dogs. One came running up to me the other day when I was walking my little puppy. The owner ran after it yelling that he was ok. Just wanted to play. My puppy, however, is not so friendly. I picked him up quickly, and all was ok. Owner came. But, this dog was so big his nose came up to my waist when he was standing on all 4s. Really frightened me.
