Illegal Massage Bust at Oasis Spa
Wei Chi Lam, 58, allegedly performed unlicensed massages on an undercover officer on two different occasions.
A Jericho woman was arrested on Wednesday after she allegedly performed unlicensed massages on an undercover officer on two separate occasions at Oasis Spa in Bellmore, police said.
According to authorities, Wei Chi Lam, 58, performed the unlicensed massages while working at the spa at 1891 Bellmore Ave. on Nov. 13 and Nov. 20 for an undisclosed amount of cash. She was arrested at the location without incident.
Lam was charged with two counts of unauthorized practice of a crime and will be arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
