Are you part of the Resistance?

As you move through your daily life there is so much around you that is trying to make you unhealthy. Fast food places are coming up with new ideas on how to make you obese. These place know that many people have issues with self-control and are ready to attack you and make you part of the unhealthy team.

Time for you to join a new team, a team we call the Resistance. What is the Resistance? The Resistance is a movement against those looking to make you unhealthy. It is a war out there against obesity and those that promote it. Your hard work and discipline will be needed.  As a member of the Resistance you will have to live the code of being a healthy human.  

I will not lie to you, you will be outnumbered. People will try to bring you down. At dinner you will be asked why you are having a salad instead of a burger or why you are not having a beer while watching the game. Remain strong. I will make a promise to you, once you join the Resistance you will become not only strong physically but mentally as well. You will use this strength to overcome the negativity that will swirl around you and rise above it all.  

In order for you to be successful you will need to promote the Resistance to others. Your family, friends and others that come into your life will need to be educated on why it is important to be part of the Resistance and to live healthy.
