Cops: North Bellmore Man Found with Drugs, Unconscious Woman in Car

The 43-year-old victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was treated and released.

A North Bellmore man was arrested Friday after police found drugs and an unconscious woman in his vehicle, cops said.

According to police, after receiving information that a woman, possibly deceased, was being dragged down the stairs of a Bellmore Road home, officers responded and stopped the Volkswagen at the intersection of Bellmore Road and Doris Avenue at 11:30 p.m. Friday.

The driver, Adam Geier, 31, of Bellmore, allegedly had multiple pills on his lap, and there was also an unconscious woman in the passenger seat. An ambulance transported the 43-year-old female, who allegedly suffered an overdose, to a nearby hospital. She was treated and released.

Geier, who was allegedly in possession of 22 Xanax and Oxycodone pills, is being charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. His arraignment is scheduled for Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
