If you're interested in being able to put a sanctioned hurting on somebody, the Kickboxing Academy instructs young pugilists in the methods of mixed martial arts, standard boxing and kickboxing. An array of weights and strength machines and cardio-kickboxing sessions are also available for an additional workout.
