<p>Keysi Fighting Method is an art form dedicated towards the study and investigation of survival of the modern day streets. The method studies all ranges of combat: handheld weapons, kicking range, punching range, trapping range, standing grappling, takedowns and ground fighting. It has a fully structured graduation process.</p> <p>Additionally, intenSati is also practiced here. It is a revolutionary workout fusing high-energy aerobics, martial arts, dance, yoga and strength conditioning. Combining spoken affirmations with simple choreography, it provides a heart-pumping, exhilarating workout that builds physical, mental and spiritual muscle.</p> <p>Their team consists of Chief Instructor Brennan Foster, Assistant Instructor Jared Aue and intenSati Instructor Rebecca Degeilh.</p>
