Over the weekend, Piccolo's owner Tommy Valenti and his wife, Claudette, of Kutting Kraze, hosted a successful fundraiser at their West Islip waterfront home.
There were lots of raffle prizes, a DJ, delicious food catered by Piccolo's of Bellmore, and a photographer selling prints from the night.
The gangster-themed decorations only added to the atmosphere with all guests wearing costumes such as pin-striped suits, flapper style dresses, and even a few horse heads as an added touch.
The money raised at the event will be donated to the Bellmore Kiwanis Club, which helps needy families in the town.
"The Valenti's continue to give back to the community where they work," Kiwanian Mark Meyerowitz said. "It is amazing the amount of hard work that went into this fundraiser."
