All presenting donors will receive a fleece scarf and a pair pf gloves, which they can keep pr re-gift to a charitable organization of their choice.

In order to be eligible, you must fulfill the following criteria:
- Bring ID with signature or photo.
- Minimum weight of 110 pounds.
- Age 16-75 (16 year-olds must have parental permission. Age 76 and over need a doctor's note).
- Eat well (low fat and drink fluids).
- No tattoos for the past 12 months.
