Shore Road School Names Spelling Bee Champion
Kyla Masarik was named the Shore Road Grade Six Spelling Bee Champion.
Kyla Masarik was recently named the Shore Road Grade Six Spelling Bee Champion in Shore Road Intermediate Center's Spelling Bee.
Two students from each sixth grade class competed for the title, until Masarik and Paul Davis were the only two contestants that remained.
By spelling “hygienist” and the winning word, “insomniac,” Masarik was named champion.
Masarik and Davis were both rewarded with Barnes and Noble gift cards.
