Bilal Siddiqui, a senior at Mepham High School, recently won the Town of Hempstead Community Service & Academic Excellence Award.
The “Town of Hempstead Community Service & Academic Excellence Award” is the Town of Hempstead's highest award and is given to a graduating senior each year. It is given to a student who is a fitting recognition and appreciation of scholastic achievement and civic contributions.
