Calhoun to Host Free Musical Performance for Senior Citizens

The event is the first in the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District's new Senior Citizen Connection Program.

Senior citizens who are 62-years-old and older and who reside in the Bellmore-Merrick community are invited to attend “A Theatrical and Musical” performance at Calhoun High School on Friday. 

The free event is the first of the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District's new Senior Citizen Connection Program. 

Attendees will be able to enjoy performances from the school's  Crescendo Show Choir and On Tour Company, including excerpts from Shakespeare’s “The Winter’s Tale” and songs from the 1950s. 

Seating is limited and reservations are also required. To make a reservation call Michelle Gagnon at (516) 992-1015.

The performance will take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and refreshments will be served.
