Bellmore-Merrick Re-Elects Board President, VP

Also, Wendy Gargiulo takes seat on board.

Bellmore-Merrick Central High School's Board of Education re-elected its president and vice president Tuesday.

At their reorganizational meeting, the board unanimously chose JoAnn DeLauter as president and George Haile as vice president.

North Merrick School District Trustee Wendy Gargiulo was also appointed to the Bellmore-Merrick CHSD board.

“We’re thrilled that Wendy Gargiulo is joining us and we look forward to working with her in the coming year,” said Superintendent John DeTommaso.

David Seinfeld, the new Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, delivered his first report at the meeting.
