Bellmore Student Awarded Bethpage Federal Credit Union Scholarship

Luke Massaro, a Bellmore resident and a recent Kennedy High School graduate, was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship by Bethpage Federal Credit Union.

Each year, Bethpage gives scholarships to 10 graduating high school seniors who have a 3.0 GPA and who will be attending a two-year or four-year college or university in the fall.

“At Bethpage, we believe that learning is an integral part of success," Melissa Feeney, president of the Bethpage Foundation said. "That is why each year we present deserving graduating seniors with scholarships through the Bethpage Federal Credit Union Foundation to assist them in achieving their educational goals."

Massaro will be attending the University of Pennsylvania in the fall.
