Award-Winning Artist Visits the Reinhard School

Joyce Raimondo taught an art lesson to students.

Joyce Raimondo, an award-winning author and artist, recently visited the Reinhard Early Childhood Center.

During the visit, students studied paintings featuring animals by artists such as Picasso, Chagall and Rousseau.

Following the presentation, students created their own masterpieces with construction paper, scissors, glue and their imaginations.

Raimondo is author of seven children's art books, including The Museum of Modern Art’s "Art Safari" series and the award-winning "Art Explorers" books.
