NO YARD AND NO PROPERTY....When you can reach out the bathroom window and get a roll of toilet paper from the next door neighbor reaching out his window, it ain't never gonna happen at that price....

Most realtors are barely above used car salesman on the evolutionary chain...They tell you that your house is worth WAY more than it actually is (which everyone WANTS to hear) so they can get you to sign a listing contract...They now got you by the balls and after a month or two tell you the market is soft and the list price 'should' be lowered...What do they care?...You're LOCKED IN and they hope some schmuck REALLY likes the house and is willing to pay above market price...MORAL of this blurb: Realtors are greedy and homeowners are their patsy...Realtors are NOT NECESSARY...Newspaper ads, front lawn sign and word of mouth are cheaper, easier and HONEST!!!
