Breast Cancer Screening

The Nassau University Medical Center mammography van will be parked outside the library today.

By appointment only in advance, this breast cancer screening program is open to women ages 40 and over and is free of charge — those without health insurance will not incur any out-of-pocket costs; any insurance will be accepted. Photo ID is required at time of exam.

Nassau County Legislator Norma Gonsalves is sponsoring the program.
