NEARBY: Man Killed in Seaford-Oyster Bay Motorcycle Crash

Unidentified 21-year old from Wantagh lost control of his motorcycle between exits 3 and 4 of highway, according to police.

A Wantagh man was killed in a motorcycle accident on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135) Monday night, Nassau County police announced early Tuesday. 

According to detectives, while traveling southbound on his 2012 Suzuki motorcycle between exit 4 and exit 3 on Route 135, the 21-year old male from Wantagh lost control of his motorcycle, struck the center divider, was ejected and suffered a fatal injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim’s name is being withheld pending family notification, police said.
