  • Five people were arrested in connection with an alleged drug sale in Wantagh Friday morning, police said. For their identities and for the charges against them, click here.

  • Sometime between July 27 at 5 p.m. and July 28 at 11 a.m., miscellaneous motorcycle items were taken out of a rear yard on Wesley Place.

  • Sometime between 10:30 p.m. on July 22 and 7:30 a.m. on July 23, the tires and rims were stolen off of a 2012 Nissan Maxima that was parked on Jane Street.

  • Between 2-3 p.m. on July 23, an unknown suspect stole a watch that was left poolside at Wantagh Park.

  • Seaford

    • At 9 a.m. on July 18, it was discovered that an air compressor was stolen from Cedar Creek Park.

  • Sometime between 5 p.m. on July 22 and 7:30 a.m. on July 23, tools were stolen from Cedar Creek Park.

  • Sometime between 2 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on July 23, a rear window at Seaford Avenue School was broken.

  • Sometime between 9 p.m. on July 24 and 9:15 a.m. on July 25, a vehicle parked on New York Avenue had its driver's side tires slashed.

  • East Meadow

    • Ten individuals were arrested, including an East Meadow resident, during a “Project 21” initiative targeting the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to minors within Nassau County. Click here for more.

  • Sometime between 7:30 p.m. on July 23 and 3:30 p.m. on July 24, an unlocked car parked on Cedar Lane was broken into and items were stolen.
