Crimes Nearby Part I: Beer Pong Stabbing, Tires Slashed

Recent criminal activity reported for Wantagh and Seaford.

The following information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's incident reports. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime.

Seaford
  • Three tires were found slashed on a 2001 Honda parked on Arpon Drive South in Seaford on May 29.
  • A man reported on June 2 that dock trim was missing from his floating dock on Darby Lane in Seaford.

Wantagh

  • A man reported on May 30 that somebody keyed his 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe parked at Meineke Car Care Center on Sunrise Highway in Wantagh.
  • A 22-year old Wantagh man was arrested after a beer pong confrontation led to a stabbing on June 3. For more details, click here.
