Crime Nearby: Mobil Station Robbed at Gunpoint, Several Cars Stolen

The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Sometime between March 5 and Match 6, tires and rims were removed from a car that was located on Iris Lane. The car was left on blocks.
  • On March 8, Christopher Rosselli, 27, of West Babylon, was arrested on Bellmore Avenue near South St. Marks Avenue, Bellmore and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and four violations of the vehicle and traffic law.
  • It was reported that an unknown suspect stole jewelry from a home on Len Drive on March 8.

  • Sometime between March 5 and March 6, tires and rims were removed from a vehicle that was located on Rowehl Drive.
  • Also between March 5 and March 6 on Rowehl Drive, an ignition to a van was damaged.
  • Between March 5 and March 6, a vehicle was removed from Prospect Avenue.
  • Sometime on March 6, a vehicle was removed from Sussex Road.
  • On March 9, the sunroof of a vehicle located on Hempstead Turnpike was damaged.

 

Levittown

  • On March 11, Christine Argiros, 37, of Levittown, was arrested at Sears, 800 Sunrise Mall, Massapequa and charged with petit larceny.

 

Merrick

  • Sometime between March 6 and March 7, the window of a vehicle located on Mayder Avenue was damaged.
  • On March 9, it was reported that an unknown suspect stole liquor from Merrick Wine and Spirits on Merrick Road.

 

Seaford

  • On March 7, Serenity  Garnett, 17, of Freeport, was arrested at the Seventh Precinct in Seaford and charged with forgery in the second degree and two counts of petit larceny.
  • Sometime between March 8 and March 9, a complainant discovered the driver side window shattered of his 2005 tan Hyundai Elantra. The vehicle was located on Seaford Avenue.
  • On March 9, Debra Collins, 53, of Seaford, was arrested on Sunrise Highway, Seaford and charged with driving while ability impaired, two counts of leaving the scene of an incident without a report and one violation of the vehicle and traffic law.

 

Wantagh

  • Three Hempstead men were arrested in Wantagh on March 8 after robbing a house in North Bellmore. See the full story here.
  • On March 9, Matthew Baldwin, 21, of Wantagh, was arrested on Harbor Boulevard near Narraganset Avenue, Seaford and charged with robbery in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, possession of a dangerous weapon in the fourth degree, unlawful possession of a radio device and unlawful fleeing of a police officer in the third degree. He was arrested in connection with the robbery of the Mobil Station on Wantagh Avenue on March 8.
  • On March 10, Patrick Dunn, 24, of Wantagh, was arrested on Washington Avenue near Sunrise Highway, Seaford and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and two violations of the vehicle and traffic law.
  • Sometime between March 9 and March 10, a complainant discovered a scratch down the passenger side of complainant’s 2012 red Ford Mustang that was located on Lehigh Road.
