Two men and a juvenile face charges for robbing a teenager twice in Sunrise Mall.

Cops said the 16-year-old victim went into a bathroom at the Massapequa mall and was confronted by Kevin Allen, Enrique Rivas, and an unnamed juvenile. The three pushed the victim against a wall as Allen took $20 from his pocket, police said.

The victim tried to find mall security but was met by the three subjects again. The juvenile tried unsuccessfully to swipe the victim's phone before the three subjects left the mall.

Seventh Precinct officers responded to the scene and located the three shortly afterward.

All three defendants were charged with second-degree robbery and attempted second-degree robbery. Rivas and Allen will be arraigned Saturday at First District Court. The juvenile will appear in Family Court on Monday.

Good to have these three locked up, but they were not exactly MENSA candidates if they were caught that easily.

Locked up? Probably probation, which is why our crime rate continues to rise.

Put these POS away where they belong. Enough already with probation for criminals.
