I've Got A New Attitude

Gaining a new perspective on the body.

I'm feeling good from my head to my shoes. Ohh Ohh Ohh, I've got a new attitude.

Hello all! This is my third week training with the Bellmore Personal Training Institute. Last week, I went down another pound and I am now down a total of 14 pounds since late last year!

The one thing that training at PTI has changed about me is my attitude. I have a new attitude on food and exercise.

I do eat in moderation, but there are certain foods that I will not touch. If I am going to indulge, it has to be well worth my calories! I am not going to sabotage my efforts over a bag of chips or some greasy fast foods. I rather use my calories to enjoy a glass a wine with a friend or a good meal at an exotic restaurant.

My attitude on exercise has changed the most. I used to work out three to five times a week, but now I HAVE to work out every single day. If I don't, I feel sluggish and I get angry with myself. I make sure that I burn at least 500 calories a day.

When you start taking care of your body, you realize how important the body is. Sometimes we take better care of our cars than we do our bodies.

I feel healthier and happier and a healthier and happier me makes me a better employee, friend, sister and daughter.

So start taking care of the beautiful shell you were born with. You owe it to yourself.

Natalie. I am so sorry to read this. I too have a little 5 yr. old dog who I love desperately...Read More and I feel your pain. There is another website for an organization that does an amazing job finding lost pets. It's LOSTMYDOGGIE.COM There is a small fee, but they get signs up all over the area and have a phone system set up where everyone in the area of where she was lost gets a PHONE CALL ALERT message to watch for Molly. They leave a phone number and their website address so if anyone has seen her or has her they know where to call. Great system! Check it out! I've never used them, but I HAVE received calls myself recently on 2 separate lost dogs and I've seen the many photos they hung up in my area in Levittown for dogs lost within a few miles of this area. In other words, they DO what they say they will do to help find Molly. Just want you to know what is out there to help you bring Molly home. My grandkids go to school around Grand and Camp Ave. We'll be watching for her! God Bless and good luck! I'm sure she will be returned to you real soon!!
