CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG IT'S THE LAW

WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE.... YOU SEE I HAVE A NICE GARDEN SO WHY DO YOU LET YOUR DOG POOP IN MY GARDEN.  THE LAW STATES YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG.  SERIOUSLY HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER SOMEONE'S DOG ALL THE TIME.
