Secretarial Associate, Garden City Cardiology

Duties:
  • Collecting payments
  • Preparation of statistical data
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies
  • Typing
  • Maintaining records

Director, Fine and Performing Arts, Hauppauge schools

Experience in coordination of K-12 Art, Music, Dance and/or Performing Arts programs that will support a wide variety of opportunities for students.

Online Sales Account, Publishers Clearing House

Duties:
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close lead generation, display and sponsorship programs
  • Develop and maintain advertising and sponsorship deals
  • Collaborate with marketing team to build out proposals and media plans
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and client goals to ensure client objectives are met
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Work with select partners to launch/test new ad strategies and products

Canvass Directors and Assistant Directors, Grassroots Campaigns

Duties:

Recruitment: Build a team of 15-50 canvassers by recruiting from within the local community. Interview prospective staff and make hiring decisions.

Staff Management: Teach canvassing/fundraising skills. Work with your staff in individual and group settings, with a particular eye towards developing leaders. Cultivate a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.

Canvassing: Canvass in the field for four days per week, to train new and experienced staff in the field and meet personal fundraising requirements.

Administration: Carefully track income and expenses. Manage the budget for your office. Process staff payroll. Maintain records for future organizing efforts.

Recruiting Coordinator, Veeco

Duties:
  • Connects with candidates and internal interview participants
  • Works with internal partners to coordinate calendars and priorities
  • Creates and distributes relevant interview documents to prospective Veeco employees
  • Coordinates background and drug screens of all finalist candidates
  • Assists Veeco’s recruiting team in posting and removing job advertisements
  • Coordinates the recruiting team’s presence at trade shows, recruitment events, and job fairs
  • Functions as our ATS super-user, providing user support, training, and reporting
  • Performs special projects, research, and other related duties as required

The NBUFSD BOE has not mentioned cutting bussing in over a year, it is not a part of the 2013-2014Read More budget. The pensions and benefits are not regulated by the BOE it is a state mandate.

Has anybody proposed dismantling the high school district......From the way I understand they have tried unsuccessfully to combine, well then how about saving moneu and splitting up the 3 high schools...This was we wont need 2 administrations...... I'm sorry that your neighbors make more than you but like anything else you get what you pay for there are educational requirements for teaching and administration jobs, I'm sure you would be happy if all the school personnel could be replaced by minimum wage earners or better yet we could close all the schools after all you have been out of school for 40 years so you don't need them anymore, but thats not how it works. Why is always the uninformed that speak loudest and longest?

Who is getting all the money??? Its all bull.. aI live inbetween teachers.. how is it they can afford high end cars, housekeepers, landscapers, ect??????... the money is being spent in the WRONG WAYS TO THE TEACHERS, AND MOST OF ALL THE ADMISTRATION, THE SCHOOL BOARD ECT... I AM CALLING FOR A MASSIVE AUDIT AND GET0 per year.. they afe not worth any more then that.. THE MONEY BACK FROM ANYONE WHO WAS PAID MORE THEN $75,00....
