The Nassau County 2012 Strawberry Festival, sponsored by the kicked off its annual festivities on Thursday and celebrated it's 25th anniversary of fun, frivolity and above all else...fruit!
Held on the grounds of the BOCES School located on Jerusalem Avenue and Newbridge Road, the Strawberry Festival runs through Sunday and offers attendees rides, games, and delicious Long Island strawberry concoctions of just about any type imaginable.
