The Bellmore Fire Department is collecting food and clothes to be distributed to those affected by Hurricane Sandy starting Sunday at 10 a.m.
People interested in donating can bring food and/or clothing to the Bellmore Fire Department headquarters, located at 230 Pettit Ave. across from the Bellmore Long Island Rail Road station.
