Visit from Santa

The much anticipated tradition in the Bellmores continues! The Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores enthusiastically ushers in the holiday season with the annual Santa Visit, the Friday after Thanksgiving. 

Thanks to Annie & Henry Stampfel of the Bellmore Movies, the children of the community will be treated to a free showing of a family-friendly movie.

Thanks to our terrific Bellmore Fire Department Chief Tom Stoerger and the members of the Bellmore Fire Department, Santa will magically arrive in the Bellmores by Fire truck for the festivities. 

Santa’s route is as follows:

• Stop# 1 – 9:00 AM – North….CVS Shopping Center (North Jerusalem Road) Between Bellmore Avenue and East  Meadow Avenue
• Stop # 2-9:30AM- North…Stop & Shop Shopping Center (Newbridge Rd. & Jerusalem Ave.)
• Stop # 3-10:00AM- South …Ace Hardware Shopping Center  (Merrick Road & Bellmore Avenue)
• Stop # 4-10:30AM-Bellmore Village…Bellmore Firehouse
• 11:00 AM-Bellmore Movies…FREE MOVIE!

As always, the Chamber will be distributing great give-aways for the children.

While there, parents are asked to remember those less fortunateand bring a new unwrapped toy. The Chamber is proud to be an official collector for the Toys For Tots program sponsored by the United States Marine Corps.
