Bellmore Library and L.I. Riders Team Up For Book Drive
The community donated more than 1,000 books to be given to the Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center.
The Bellmore Memorial Library and the L.I. Harley Riders recently teamed up to collect books for the Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center.
The L.I. Riders collected more than 2,500 books for the center and the library collected more than 1,000 book donations from residents.
The Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center is a mental health facility that provides programs for children and their families.
