Long Island Curling Club Open House

Long Island Curling Club, Neighbor

Curling is easy to learn and fun to play. The Long Island Curling Club is hosting an Open House in preparation for its 2013-2014 Winter season. Come try it out - October 5 starting at 9:30pm.  An experienced instructor will introduce you to the sport of curling, including the basics of how to "deliver a stone" and why we sweep. Wear comfortable clothes and rubber-soled shoes.  $10 per person. Reservations Required.  We're also holding a Learn to Curl Session on Oct. 26. League Play begins Nov. 9.
