7th annual 5K AIDS Cancer Run Walk

The Richard M. Brodsky Foundation will be sponsoring its 7th annual 5K AIDS Cancer Run Walk on June 29th, 9 AM start at Baldwin Park. Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM. Baldwin Harbor Park is at the southerly end of Grand Avenue. Once inside the park, stay left and registration is .5 miles on left near tennis courts and administration building.

Richard Brodsky is the race director and President of the Richard M. Brodsky Foundation; He is HIV+, a brain cancer survivor and a marathon runner. There is no charge for people living with HIV or cancer if people write Richard, richardm.brodsky@gmail.com, in advance and their health status will not be disclosed.

- 100+ trophies including a prize package of $1,450 in gift certificates to the fastest runners
- Everyone will receive a premium dryfit Event t-shirt, register by June 12; your name will be on the back of shirt.
- $35 gift certificates to restaurants and supermarkets to the first 300 registrants

- Great run for kids, entire run is within park.
- Entertainment by Kids 4 Kids NYC and Ronald McDonald

Proceeds to benefit people living with cancer & HIV at Cohen Children's Medical Center of NY, Center of AIDS Research & Treatment at North Shore University Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Long Island Breast Cancer Coalition, Five Towns Community Center + social activities for people living with HIV & cancer.

Toys and cash will be donated to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, South Nassau Communities Hospital, Five Towns Community Center & Cohen Children’s Medical Center of NY + other organizations helping kids living with HIV.
