Car-Co DMV Services Comes to Bellmore

The Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Oct. 5 to welcome Car-Co DMV Services into their membership and the community.

Joseph Capone was born and raised in Brooklyn, and he started out working with a dream of starting his own business and becoming a young entrepreneur. Capone attended Catholic school throughout his education experience and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John’s University.

In 2009, Joseph opened his first Car-Co DMV Service business in Brooklyn, NY. Not having much experience in the DMV business, Capone had an idea of this type of service since him and everyone he knew hated to wait in the local DMV.

“When I moved to Bellmore, I wanted to become more involved with the community,” Capone said. “I decided that I wanted to open a DMV business here, because I knew there were no other businesses like this in the area.”

Car-Co DMV Services specializes in obtaining license plates, registrations, titles, plate surrenders and many other DMV services on the spot without the wait. Their success has grown through our many satisfied local customers and partnering dealerships. After four years of growth, Capone has opened his second location in Bellmore, which is where Capone now resides for the past two years.

“This place is a lot different than a typical DMV,” Capone added. “There’s no waiting on lines. You get a one-on-one personal relationship with my staff.”

As a local resident and business entrepreneur, Capone said that he strives to strengthen his community along with local neighbors to fulfill a better tomorrow for the future of our children.

“If you have any questions or concerns, you can always call us directly without worrying about one of those live answering machine services,” Capone said. “We have a supervised staff on site at all times to help you out with whatever you need.”
