The North and Central Merrick and North Bellmore Civic Associations are holding a joint meeting on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the North Merrick Library.
First Precinct Police Officers will report on recent criminal activities in the Merrick and North Bellmore communities.
The attorney for the Citgo Station at the intersections of Park Avenue, Bellmore Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue at the North Merrick/North Bellmore border will be speaking about Citgo's proposed renovations and its application with the Town Board to open a 24-hour convenient store at that location.This special meeting will allow residents an opportunity to discuss their concerns with Citgo's proposals.
A brief community update on privatization of the sewage treatment plants, the Grumman Plume, paving the Campgrounds and Parking Lot M-1, the Merrick Avenue Beautification Project and other community issues will follow.
