Here are the Red Light Cameras in Bellmore

Red light cameras are a hot topic in Bellmore.

When you get notified of wrongdoing in the mail, they send you a photo of the infraction. If that's not enough, you get a link to watch the video as well.

What about the ones that they just put up at Bellmore Avenue and Sunrise Hwy? They don't look active yet but they're still there.

I think the dumbest place they put one is at the intersection of Bellmore Ave. and Newbridge Rd. There is a firehouse right there and when people are responding to the fire house to go on a call these lights delay there response time. I think there are a million other places they could have put these stupid lights but that one just pisses me off. I sure hope no one dies because the first responders couldn't get to the firehouse as fast as they used to. It's just my opinion.

the red light camera on the corner of Newbridge and Bellmore ave is one of the best places in my opinion. It slows down traffic in a place that is right across from the elementary school and library where there are alway our children walking to and from
