Yoga
is a health-based system of exercise that explores and integrates the mind,
body, and breath. Teens will have fun learning how to move gracefully, breathe
smoothly and deeply, sustain their focus and concentration, develop strength,
flexibility, balance, mental clarity and emotional stability.
For
the full benefit and enjoyment of the Yoga Ed. Class, everyone should wear
comfortable clothes that allow them to move and stretch. We will be
participating in bare feet, so I would encourage you to avoid wearing tights on
this day.
