body, and breath. Children will have imaginative fun learning how to move
gracefully, breathe smoothly and deeply, sustain their focus and concentration,
develop strength, flexibility, balance, mental clarity and emotional stability.
the full benefit and enjoyment of the Yoga Ed. Class, children should wear
comfortable clothes that allow them to move and stretch. The children will be
participating in bare feet, so I would encourage them to avoid wearing tights
on this day.
