Pilates and Ballet Bar + Gluten Free Dining

Good Morning,

My husband and I are brand new residents to East Meadow and I am trying to find a new exercise studio. Formally in our old neighborhood I participated in Pilates and Ballet Bar classes at a local studio. Can anyone recommend studios like this in the area? 
I also need to be Gluten Free. Can anyone recommend any restaurants or places that offer Gluten Free options in the area?
