Mepham Principal Michael Harrington has issued the following announcement:
This holiday season, Mepham High School has been collecting toys for children at Winthrop University Hospital as part of Senator Fuschillo's annual "Extend the Holidays" Toy Drive. We have received wonderful support and have been able to extend this toy drive for a few more days. We will be collecting new toys (wrapped or unwrapped) until 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16. At that time, all toys are being picked up for delivery to Winthrop's Pediatric Ward. Collection bins are in the Main Office and Rm. 327. The following teachers are also collecting toys: Dr. Kommor, Ms. Parlagreco, Ms. Spargifiore and Ms. Geraci. Thank you so much for your generosity thus far.
