I like the picture on this post much better than the previous (Arby's).It is much more inspiring. IRead More have not been on a diet to lose weight, but more to just be healthy. I started going to the Wellness Center at work for free weekly counseling. I have fairly healthy habits, but I needed a little push - and moral support. It helped a lot. Now for lunch I tend to have a salad or wrap. When I am in a hurry I do give in to a slice of pizza - but only one. A cup of water is much better than a soda. I find I have lost my taste for fast food - my body has gotten used to the less salt & grease. We go out to eat (more often than we should) but I get small portions, or take some home for leftovers. so many people take food home, it should not be a problem to ask the waiter. Keep it up Mike - you look good. You will feel much better as you progress! Keep your body used to the healthy foods, and you will loose your taste for Arby's.
